Community Acupuncture

Community acupuncture is a style of acupuncture that involves treating multiple people together in the same shared space. This differs from other acupuncture where treatments are administered in private rooms. Group healing builds connectivity with those surrounding you. It allows you to both give and receive support simultaneously, while working on your own individual concerns, needs, and goals.

Outdoor Qigong + Meditation

“Dancing and qigong have much in common. They both involve agility, mobility, rhythmic mindful movement, proprioception, core strength and balance. They also connect to something deeper than words”. - Peter Deadman In this magical movement and music experience, we will embody the Taichi Shibashi 18 Qigong Whole Form in a fluid and dance-like manner, outside amongst the backdrop of Holy Cross Wilderness at The Barn in Minturn, Colorado. Hannah Belle will accompany our Movement with Cello and Harp. This is a very gentle embodiment experience and all levels and abilities are welcome. Students are encouraged to bring comfortable shoes if standing barefoot for awhile is difficult. The practice can also be explored seated. Please consider joining us!
